When you contact us

We receive the name, email address, optional company or website, selected service and message you provide. These details are used to answer your enquiry and, if requested, discuss a potential project. Please do not send passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and legal basis

We process project enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract. General business correspondence and measures to protect this website rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and preventing abuse. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Hosting and recipients

This website and business email use Hostinger services. Enquiries are delivered to the Sparkingseed business mailbox and handled by the person responsible for responding. Hosting and email providers process technical and message data to provide their services. Information about Hostinger’s data processing is available in its privacy policy. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry, including any processing outside the EEA.

Storage and retention

The contact form does not create a public database of enquiries. Your message is sent to the business mailbox. Correspondence is retained for handling and following up the enquiry and, where applicable, for contractual, accounting or legal needs. Retention is reviewed when the enquiry or business relationship ends. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed. Temporary anti-abuse identifiers expire after 24 hours; hosting and email providers apply their own service log and backup retention settings.

Cookies and technical data

These pages do not include advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. When you use the contact form, a necessary session cookie protects the submission against forged requests. It is not used for advertising. The server processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details for delivery and security. The form uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.

Your choices and rights

Providing contact information is voluntary, but we need an email address and enough context to respond. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@sparkingseed.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or your local supervisory authority.
